In the story ‘Fly Eagle Fly’, a foolish farmer tries to convince his friend that an eagle is a chicken. Later, the friend rescues the eagle and, pursued by the farmer, climbs to the top of a mountain to set him free. As the two friends make their way up the mountain, they bicker incessantly.
Working in twos or threes, the children imagined what the two friends might say to each other. The arguments were loud, heated and persuasive!
