We gave the children in Year 1 a rather tricky mathematical problem – a shape jigsaw that could have been completed in a number of ways and no picture of how it should look at the end.

A tricky problem? Not for the children in 1K and 1L! Working with their friends, sharing ideas and exploring different solutions, the children completed their shape jigsaws and were deservedly very proud of themselves!
