We have been using email to solve a crime in Year 2!!

Robin emailed to tell us someone had stolen his chocolate cake from the staff room. We emailed him back to say we’d help him solve the mystery. We talked about internet safety and decided it was safe to open an attachment he sent us with a recording of a witness statement because we know and trust him. Then we emailed another witness to get more information. We collected all the evidence we found in an excel spreadsheet which helped us solve the mystery. It was Tanya! When we put her on trial she admitted to her crime but revealed that Becca ate it with her too. We were shocked!
