This week in Ladybirds we have been focusing on how to be kind to each other.

We have used our phonics sessions this week to help support this message. When we taught the sound h, we talked about our hearts and how to make people happy and healthy. When we taught the sound f, we talked about friendship and each others feelings. When we taught the sound l, we learnt the word love and talked about the things people do to that make you love them.

We gave each other hearts with kind messages. We have made friendship people paper chains and learnt how to write the names of our friends in our friendship books. We have also been working together to build and construct large models using junk modelling materials.

There is a lot of LOVE in Ladybirds!
