As part of ‘Time to Talk’ day, we discussed what mental health is and signs of good and poor mental health. We agreed that talking to someone whenever we are feeling down, is a good way to ensure that we are looking after our mental health. We also thought it’d be a good idea to have some positive affirmations that we could say to ourselves.
