Year 6 have been refining their art journaling skills this year. Keeping an art journal is actually a National Curriculum requirement and is an invaluable skill as they go forward into secondary school.

The beautiful journals show the progression of their work and ideas through the year. They have  have been brilliant at keeping them organised and presented well! They also have made real progress in their ability to reflect on their own work and to improve things as they go a long – just as all great artists do!
