After thinking about our own religions, our beliefs, customs and traditions, we started to think about other religions arund the world. We realised that Buddhism was a religion we needed to find out more about and started our research!

In groups we thought of all the questions we should answer in order to learn bout the religion and set off to the Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Golders Green to interview some practising Buddhists and to find out more about Buddhism.

Then we learnt to meditate!
