When is a marble not a marble?

When it’s marbled paper!

A group of children from year 4 and 5 have been in the art room experimenting with the ancient art of marbling.  Using combinations of fluorescent, bright, pastel and metallic marbling paints they printed beautiful, swirling patterns and textures on to paper.

They were really happy with the results, as was Mirielle who liked them so much that she decided to select a few to use as school thank you postcards for parents this term!
