At the very end of last half term, Year 1 had a wonderful, fun-filled morning of science, technology, engineering and maths, better known as STEM. With many parents looking on, giving advice and making suggestions, the children worked very hard on making a boat that would float and carry a load. The boats were tested and all but one floated. They were then carefully filled with multi-link cubes to find the maximum load. Seela was found to have built the winning boat, holding a load of 82 cubes. Well done to all for a very enjoyable morning!
