Yes, you read that correctly. The marvellous Kate Hopewell has spent the last 4 mornings in EYFS, as part of a whole school project on developing children’s oracy skills. She spent time in each of the classes, teaching each a part of the story called The Tempest. The EYFS all came together today in the new Ladybirds classroom and acted out their own part, collaboratively telling the whole story. The children’s recall of the plot, character names and their understanding of the themes was amazing and surprised us all!  We’ll be making and sharing a video of the performance so keep your eyes peeled.
