With the help of lots of festive activities and through amazing PE sessions with the fabulous PE team, the children in Froglets have been working hard on their fine and gross motor skills.

The children have shown some wonderful development of their cutting skills after lots of decoration making and helping to create the stable for our Christmas show.

In PE, Jordan and Dean have taught us lots of games to help strengthen our bodies and to help us control our movements. We especially enjoyed their ‘Popcorn machine’ game, the ‘Beans’ game (ooh la LA!) and ‘Crocodile and Shark’.

Strong bodies, especially our core muscles and shoulder strength are key ingredients for children’s early writing development which makes these sessions even more important.
