Remember to bring your homework on Thursday

Reading: You should be reading for 20 minutes every day. Keep a reading log at the back of your book. Write the title of the book, the author the date you started and the date you finished.

Maths: Make sure you are practicing your tables for the tables challenge.

Attie and Marina were given a bag of lollies.

They shared them out evenly and had one left over.

Just as they had finished sharing them, their friends Mary, Jo and Sarah came along.

They wanted some lollies too so the teachers shared them out again between all of them. This time they had two lollies left over.

How many lollies could there have been in the bag? How did you work it out?
