Here are some fun activities that you can do over the half term break:

– Maths Times Tables: Test your parents/cares, brothers and sisters on all the times tables. Who is the king or queen of times tables?

– Short story: Plan, write and publish a short story. You could re-write Ice Palace, or another fantasy narrative.

– Anglo Saxons: Investigate and learn about Anglo Saxon food, clothing, daily life. You could create an information poster, a quiz or write a diary imaging you were an Anglo Saxon.

– Cooking: Find a yummy recipe that you can make with an adult. What happens when you mix solids and liquids? What happens when you heat solids? Use your scientific knowledge and understanding and find out about other reversible and irreversible changes.
