we know that in Reception we all LOVE to eat healthy foods. We enjoy a wide variety of fruit and vegetables in school everyday. Over the weekend, keep a healthy food diary of all the good food you enjoy at home. You can draw a picture, make a list, keep a tally chart or cut out pictures from magazines you might find at your local supermarket.
You might like to take this opportunity to try a new type of fruit or vegetable for the first time.
