As it is Autumn Term, and for English we have been reading Conker, we have linked this with our Art objective,  which introduces the colour wheel.  We have been exploring mixing different colours, mixing shades of the same colour and developing an awareness of how to use colour to reflect mood.

We sketched leaves using pencils and gave our partners critical feedback on how to improve our work. We then tried a 2nd and 3rd draft, before using warm colours to paint our leaves and create an autumnal mood.
