Dear Families,

Each child who is eligible for Free School Meals will be provided with a food pack. These will be distributed from the school playground this week and are expected to be provided every 2 weeks. This week’s packs will be given out on Friday Afternoon and you need to collect them, according to the timetable below.

 

Each pack will contain the following:

·         Tin of baked beans

·         Packet of biscuits

·         Tin of fruit

·         Family pack of cornflakes

·         Packet of pasta

·         Tin of soup

·         Long life milk

·         Packet of cheese

·         Loaf of bread

You must bring a shopping bag to take them home.

 

All packs will be distributed from the playground.

Please make sure you follow the instructions below for collection to avoid contact and to maintain social distancing rules.

 

·         Come to the playground gate and wait for your turn, making sure that you are 2 metres apart from other parents

·         Only one person from the family should collect

·         If you are collecting for another family due to self isolation, you will need to sign for them

·         Try to only come at the times given

 

These are collection times for Friday 27th of March. We will send information for other classes as soon as packs are available this week.

You can collect for all children in your family at the time you have been given even if they are in a different class

We will be working as fast as possible to give you your pack so please be patient with us as there are not many of us in school
