Today, a mysterious object was found in the top hall of our school. When Robin unwrapped the paper that surrounded it, we saw that it was a shed. Mysterious noises were heard coming from inside it and there was  smell of burnt toast coming from it. Robin warned everybody that no one should enter it until he knew that it was safe.

During a drama activity, the children had to imagine what two friends might say if they were tempted to have a quick peep inside. Later, the children used these ideas to record in writing what the friends might say.
