Year 5 have been taking part in Mental Health Week! We watched a cartoon from the Anna Freud Foundation and discussed the difference between small feelings we can manage on our own and big feelings that we need help with. We talked about what to do if you’re struggling with your feelings and what advice we would give to someone who is struggling. Then we discussed how to be a good listener if our friends come to us to talk about something important. We made posters to share our advice and everything we have learnt.
