Year 2 were extremely lucky during Science Week as they experienced two amazing and informative workshops. A scientist from the Crick Institute showed us the journey of a germ and we loved using microscopes to look at different parts of our classroom in close detail. Dr Ivana Drobnjak from UCL also came in (with expert assistant Nina!) and explained to us about how many neurons are in a human brain. We then attempted to create a model of a neuron using play doh and showed excellent attention to detail. We just love Science!
