Nursery’s resident baby dinosaur, Daisy, left us her most exciting letter so far last week. It said we were getting some real eggs in an incubator to hatch. We couldn’t believe the news and quickly set to work making a safe space for them, learning some chicken songs and reading lots of books about chicks.

The eggs arrived on Monday afternoon and are all set to start hatching on Wednesday. We have all been looking closely at the eggs as the move and we even heard cheeping sounds coming from one of them. What will we find when we arrive at school? Which egg will have hatched first?
