Imagine our surprise in Year 1 when we found out that there was a visitor in our garden shed! She introduced herself as Weather Woman and was taking a rest after flying around the world trying to adjust the seasons. It seems this can be hard work because the ozone layer which protects the earth is wearing thin. This means harmful UV rays from the sun can get through, causing a lot of damage. Unfortunately, humans are to blame by polluting the planet. Weather Woman asked us to find out how to help her.
