We become scientists for a day in Year 4 and conducted an experiment where we looked at matter and changes of state!  In this experiment we mixed various types of solids into water to see if they would dissolve.  Here are some pictures of us conducting the first stages of our experiment and mixing all of our different substances together.  Then we documented our findings and which solids changed their state on a chart.  We certainly had some surprises lined up for this experiment!
